Okay so a loss of 3lb in one week is pretty good. If I can keep that up and the same next week I’m happy! Especially since I still went off the rails on some days and didn’t do as much exercise as I usually would hopefully I’m back on track (or should I say, I’m back on track 🙌)
64.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
