Okay so tomorrow will be 15 weeks since I started taking my well-being seriously again. It is not about 'dieting' really I started back again because I need to cut out whatever is making me ache..whether it is gluten or sugars or a combination. All I know is that within DAYS like a COUPLE of DAYS the aches and pains go away...so it isn't like I lose weight and THEN the aches go away. Anyway....I feel so much better!! I am so happy to have a group of friends here that support me and give such great advice! 15 weeks and 27# later (during two holidays and what is supposed to be the worst time of the year to try to lose weight)! Yes!!! I do feel pretty damn good about that.
I am very happy with my new mini goals of 5# a month and excited to see my continued progress as well as the progress of all the rest of you my wonderful friends!!!
