Only just started with Slimming World, but it's making me realise that one of the things which I was not taking into consideration was olive oil. Like most oils, it's high in calories (my Waitrose brand is 824 kcals). I've don't get on with the 1 calorie per spray FryLight which Slimming World recommend, but I have begun buying a Filippo Berio olive oil spray. Spraying means I'm using less oil. Peggy, who runs our local group, has a slogan "Squirt till it hurts", which seems about right. I'm finding this is about 12 sprays and it seems to cover the base of a frying pan quite well. A very beneficial spin-off for me is that I'm having less problem with falling asleep after meals.
