19.7% fat Had good bank holiday. Went to castle Howard for traction engine rally. Sampled and ate lots of food. Probably loaded with salt, which would explain spike in weight. Going to have to take more care though as average weight slowly creeping up. Weight training now in Maintenance mode as joints starting to feel strain.
