Morning everyone hope you are all having a good week so far, OK so 2 lb Off again, expected as I am trying to lower the loss rate, one to help find my maintain intake, but also to stop the people who are now saying Too much, Too soon! That said got my all inclusive holiday coming up soon so any pre loss helps. Keep going guys we have got this!
