should have stayed of scales yesterday was back to weight i had take away last night from exhaustion I had been up all night in the hospital with my baby I picked a healthy one so know I hadn't gained the 3lb this morn ing its water I've also lost another inch and a half. so much going on at min so jyst going to keep going and the inch loss means more to me

She's ok she was rushed in an ambulance couldnt breathe temp of nearly 40 and heart rate too high said its croup she not herself im exhausted being a single mum so hard and worse when they are ill so I'm going to make sure I look after myself and get not to get down when scales dont move. I need to plan and prep when I'm rested

Was so scary she went sleep fine then couldnt breathe they rushed her in wrnt to my doctor yesterday hes prescribed more steroids for her
