No loss lately. I blame Aunt Flo and Uncle TOM. I think I MIGHT have lost this morning, but I forgot to weigh. After breakfast and tea, though, my weight was 186.4, the same as my last recorded weigh in. I think it ought to have been more, with breakfast and tea inside me, right? We'll have to see what the scale says tomorrow. 185 maybe?

There's a lot of that going around -- it funny how many FSers are synchronized! My weigh ins are always heavier after breakfast. It is so hard to be patient with the scale with so many variables! You're doing great - no matter what it says!

I can tell I am getting old! I didn't catch who your relatives were for a few minutes! LOL... I weigh in in the a.m fresh out of bed after I "go potty" & before I drink ANYTHING!!! For me it shows the best weight!

I do the same as pretty face... I weigh in the morning, but I also weigh at night right before bed so I can see the difference.. Usually it's about a pound and a half. All the weight loss 'pros' say not to weigh that often, but I feel it helps keep me on track, and no real surprises when I go to my 'real' weigh ins on Mondays. I also tend to retain weight when I have my 'visitors', so don't be discouraged. Just keep doing what you know is right and it will all come together!

Thanks, guys! yes, I also usually weigh in the morning before I eat, I just forgot. I was extra hungry and the cat was too-- she was meowing at me and getting on my nerves. Sometimes I also weigh at night, but I never take that seriously, it is always higher.
