Well this is the first time in weeks I have added to this and I have to say that i lost control and put on loads of weight over the last few weeks. Mainly because of the holidays and my lack of self control, but that cannot be an excuse. TBH i have let myself go. Time to make a change. I was doing so well. However, this is a new year and I have started to take back control. Regular visits to the gym and back on a calorie controlled diet. Lets see where this year takes me.
