Ave weight for week 64.9.
increase probably due to high salt content food on a couple of days. as weight drops back down after a couple of days.
And the fact weight is following a pretty regular pattern over the week, And has since i started monitoring.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
