Yesterday was a poor day for me as far as eating and exercise goes. The most I got in was 35 mins of pacing around the house while talking on the phone. I gained .2 lbs, according to the scale, which would be two lbs in a week if I were allow it to become a trend, but I won't. I plan to have a new low tomorrow, or at the very least be back to where I was yesterday morning. I really don't know how I got so off-track yesterday. Today is going to be much better.

Total lost during the challenge: 10.4 lbs! :D

Maybe this challenge will be even better. :)

Hi Lisa, I actually did not sign up for the Around the World challenge at first because I was tired from the BTBW Challenge. But I got jealous of everyone so I emailed drd3775 and she told me there were no openings but I could follow along with everyone else for now. Which is what I have been doing-- just doing every thing as if I were on the challenge, but without being on a team. However, this morning drd3775 emailed me and has a spot for me on a team! So if you let her know you're interested, she can let you know when and if there is another opening for you. And meanwhile you can just follow along like I've been doing if you want.

ML, that's awesome! I want to start walking to more the places I travel to, as well. My excuse so far being that I need to take the car in all directions for work, so most everything is really on the way somewhere anyway. (or way too far). Maybe I'll start making a habit of pacing while on the phone like you have. I only did that because I REALLY had not done anything else that day.
