I'm not sure what's going on (and I know I shouldn't complain), my weight didn't shift for 10days, now the last three days I've lost 1lb a day. I dunno how, I've been eating the same (bunch, dinner, snack, coffee) and have been doing Hiit, sit ups & squats almost daily for the last 7days. Anyone experienced drops like this, and know why?

For me it is water, water, water. It comes in fast when I consume carbs and eventually goes away if I sustain a carb and calorie deficit.

Hi Yasmine,that's happened to me on a few occasions, it seems like you kind of plateau and nothing you do shifts the weight off, then suddenly you start losing. I never did find out why it happened it just did. As long as you keep doing what you are doing your weight loss will resume... kind of weird ain't it.

Mine is water if I have too much pre made food which is saltier than what I make. As long as its going you have been doing amazing!
