Well. Brought myself an exercise mat at the weekend and have an App on my phone called "Six pack in 30 Days". Started session 1, day 1 on that last night at the Gym and realised how out of shape I really am. It was hard, very hard, but I have to stick with it if im gonna get healthy. I will do those in the privacy of my home cos its a bit embarrasing jumping around like a lunatic. Gym for cardio and a bit of weights. Lets see where it takes me.

I know that feeling! I have tried to do a couple of muscle exercises at home and thought WTH when I couldn’t do them! 😂 After 10 days of exercising I can honestly say I’m feeling a lot better - although my muscles ache! I’m 51 BTW! I will have a look at your app as I have stomach muscles, somewhere under the flab, that need working on. Good luck! I know you can achieve what you set your kind to. 😘
