I will not run and go hide and stick my head in the sand. I screwed up and I will correct this.

I didn't drink enough water between my meals I between Sat - Wed which would have prevented me confusing hunger with thirst and/or boredom with hunger.

I am not happy that I didn't do what I said I would do on Monday and I apologize if I let anyone down. I am better than this. I own this. No excuses.

I am happy however with the following avg monthly ( LBS / Weigh Ins):

APR 217.7 / 16
MAY 217.6 / 27
JUN 217 / 31 (my scale allows multiple weigh ins in a day)
JUL 217.9 / 16
AUG 215.6 / 18
SEP 215.1 / 10
OCT 214.2 / 16

The trend is lower and as they say "a trend is your friend".

2 days down without touching the eggnog in the fridge.

Quitting is NOT an option. (For those complaining about the scale not budging after days and weeks, My APR - JULY, 4 MONTHS, it didn't budge.)

you both have been carbing up and binging so it is just plain great you are not trending the other way. and you Adef are building muscle. Ches is just starting back with some exercise. you can do this Ches, you have done it before and will get back into your groove!

You're an encourager... I don't see how you'd let anyone down (per session) - so, buck up, buttercup! BTW, I'd like to see you wear a t-shirt that says "Hunger, thirst, boredom...where was I going with this?"

Thanks all, was quite busy today and will focus on the H20 tonight and just put some peanuts in my bag to take with me so I don't eat chips

Good luck with te peanuts. They are 'binge triggers' for me. That sucks because peanuts are a GREAT food.

I like your attitude 👏, I think it's better to face reality, maybe you feel embarrassed but that will help you correct your mistakes, no matter how bad your day is, log your food, if it is possible post a the photo of it, and move on. we have to do our best today, if can't , we have to try it again, tomorrow.
