A small loss but Back on track. I'm happy with that.
85.1 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for the support. I say a small loss because during the weekend I put back on about 1kg (weighed myself Monday at 85.6kg).
