Well here we are again. Home after 7 months in the wild Highlands of Scotland, bereft of wifi, or even data on the phone!!!

Managed to keep my weight fairly steady by climbing up the hill near the campsite at least once a day, and while my step count was lower than usual the extra energy used in doing the hill trail almost daily (part of the Strathnaver Trail) helped keep me fit.

Diet wise not too bad, an extra kilo gained but not too worried, that should come off with a bit of effort. Started making my own bread as it was tricky getting hold of the linseed and soya that I prefer and the granary rolls. And it is more yummy I have to say.

Well I shall try to keep my recordings steady again and track my diet and exercise to make sure I am keeping within my limits.
