right who wants to move in and make my meals and tell me behave????? any takers i feel like a lost hope. i know ive done before. looming in mirror makes me cry but then all i do is stuff food in my mouth. miserable

Ann Marie, do not beat yourself up! I am in the same boat! 2 years ago I weighed 73kg, today I'm well over 90kg.. that's life, all you can do it keep going and keep trying and it will happen eventually! Every time you want to eat something you shouldn't just think what's more important to you- quick fix happiness which will last for 5 min or a lifetime of satisfaction when you look in the mirror? Find a short term goal and work to achieve it rather than looking at the end and how far you are from it, it helps and small achievements are rewarding and motivating. my goal now is to reach 89kg by the end of October and even though I'm miles away from my ideal weigh every kg I loose is a win! Don't give up, don't make excuses, own up to mistakes and weaknesses but don't let them rule you! You ARE stronger than temptation, you just need to realise it!! Small steps and small wins will go long way xxx I will be size 10 again and nothing will stop me, nd nothing can stop you except for you so keep going!!! you Can do it xxx

True try day ... just eat salad and fruit (blueberry and apple and kiwi ) before you meal it’s will make u full before to eat your main....try this it’s will work 👍👍👌👌

Plan as much as you can. Write a menu for yourself and don't buy anything that's not on there. There's some great low cal crisps and chocolate out there now, don't deprive yourself! rice, pulses and squashes will help you to stay full.

Don't you worry about a thing every little thing is gonna be alright! Wipe your mouth and crack on me ol mate!! It is all about momentum get the ball rolling with a it shove then it does come easier!! X
