Last Day of 'binging' in New York
I held off eating as long as possible, but then we had New York pizza at 3:00pm and it was on! :) Should have ended the night with half a ribeye at Ruth's Chris but I still had Chips Ahoy cookies before bed.
The good news is that I feel I look great in the mirror. Apparently consuming large amounts of protein while lifting weights does not reduce my muscle mass while consuming no solid food for 10 days. My stomach is 'back' however...
Fast restarts on Monday. I plan to only do 5 days this round. The plan is to start a 'bulk' when I finish my 'cut' to get down to 165lbs. However, I don't know what my weight will be on Monday morning so I can't say how long this current 'cut' will take.
