hi all the new plan started has 4x 50 calorie snacks. any ideas? thinking ww yoghurts, rice cake, cucmber with ham wrapped round, fruit. i just dont want to get bored. any suggestions be great x

You could have a sugar free biscuit with a drink.

Teaspoonful of peanut butter with a few carrot, pepper, celery or cucumber sticks. Options instant hot chocolate sachets (40Cal from memory). Small number of almonds(7-8). Cherry tomatoes. Little gem lettuce leaves stuffed with a tangy, homemade salsa of onion, pepper, tomato with a hint of oil and vinegar/lemon juice. If you have the option of having 2x100 calorie snacks occasionally then small chicken drumstick. Hard boiled eggs. Thin slice of cheese and an oatcake. Spice up some plain yoghurt and use as a dip for vegetables. I hope that helps and all the best with your restart!

1 x Broghie (20 cals) + 1 x laughing cow lite (25 cals) + slice tomato or smear of piccalilli

I like caramel rice cakes. They are about 42 calories.

Another sweet snack I love is blending 250g of fat free Greek style yogurt with 250 grams of frozen berries plus a couple of tablespoons of honey or agave syrup. I split it into roughly 4 servings of around 70 calories each so you could just have it as 5 portions to bring the calorie count down. It’s essentially a tart and indulgent tasting ice cream minus the guilt.

Oh and sugar free jelly is super low on calories and a great treat to keep in the fridge to ward off sweet cravings. You’ve probably guessed I have a sweet tooth!
