I'm doing 3-5 mile treadmill run 3 times a week and 3000 strides on cross trainer

I work my chest shoulders & back tonight also along with treadmill and bike machine

Treadmill run for aerobic exercise then gym various classes for core strength eg.. Pilates, body combat, and then moderate weights to build strength and increase calorie burn. I’ve only just joined the gym but in the last two weeks ( coupled with calorie counting) have seen the best weight loss I’ve had for years! . Trying to do some form of exercise everyday even if it’s just a 30 min power walk.

I also have a Fitbit which I have found super useful in tracking daily activity, exercise sessions and calorie burn

I started doing hiit workouts to save on time. I go to a couple classes a week (when they are on) but also trying to fit in at least 1 more at home just off of YouTube

Wow Thanks everyone 😃, seems like everyone knows what they doing. I'm trying to do 30 mins a day, normal in the morning, doing amazing Abs attack, bubble butt and 30 day Abs and squats challenge as wanting to get rid of my belly fat, strengthen my Core and hopefully introduce weights💪. It's not much, but it's a start 😊.

I do sit ups and use an elliptical machine 3 times a week. I don't like to overdo it cause too much doesn't make much of a difference to my weight loss
