I'm really enjoying this challenge. More for the gratitude lists and self-love than anything else, as I would be doing the other stuff anyway- yet self-love is most important and the reason we eat well and exercise! I haven't lost anything since I started- a part of me was tempted to be disappointed but since I logged a loss of 3 lbs last week, more loss might actually be a bad thing at my weight. I am trying to be healthy not anorexic!

I have a new health goal. I desperately need to start getting more sleep. I am going to try getting to sleep at 11. My hubby will fight me on this as he likes to stay up really late and keep me up with him, but I will resist!! (my hubby works from home and makes his own painfully late hours.) goals listed a couple days ago still apply:

eat 5 cups (by volume) of greens per day
write every morning before work
get organized at work
GET MORE SLEEP!!! (get to bed by 11)

School starts today. Scared of overwhelment (time-wise) but also excited. I've been looking forward to this.

get more sleep is something i should do, too. but it always depends on when you GET UP in the morning and not only when you GO TO bed actually. i usually go to bed between 11pm and midnight. and i get up at around...5.40am in the morning. BUT i usually read before i actually fall asleep. so i sleep an average of 4 - 5 hours per night...

This time of year, I still get all excited about school. I went until I was 45. I would probably still be going, but I adopted a special needs child at that age and didn't have the time. Now I'm just old! LOL! Enjoy school. Make time for that sleep. Since you are already at goal for your weight and are working on the healthy eating, sleep is the most important thing you can do for yourself. Hugs, my friend!

haha, pam-u-la. joelae, i wake up around 7, 4-5 hours would not do it for me! joanne, i get excited every time i go through a school supply aisle, i don't know why! thanks, ladies, and hugs to you, too!
