Dusted off my Rosemary Conley DVD today and completed the exercise routine. Apart from some short walks I haven't been exercising much since returning from holiday due to illness. Now I am recovered I will start again as the lack of exercise has had an effect on my weight loss (or lack of!!)

Thanks Gaelicgal. Had to stop the 2nd lot of antibiotics as they had a rather detrimental effect on my stomach! 😯 but took them for nearly 10 days in total and have definitely benefitted so now fully recovered 😀

Sometimes the side effects are worse than the cure.. but glad you’re on the mend ( In both ways )👍👍🤗
