I'm happy because my tummy already looks better in the mirror. It's amazing what a little calorie counting can do! My hubby is scared that I'm not eating enough because I've had hypoglycemia in the past - but I am plenty full. I told him the problem has not been lack of food but too long periods between meals. And I forgot to mention, too much sugar. He is unintentionally a bad influence on me in that department.

BTW, fatsecret calorie counter is so weird. It thinks I need to eat 1900 calories in order to lose a pound a week. Since that's more than I was eating before I came back here, I don't think that's going to work!
