Have had a terrible week of constipation. Weight hasn't been going down which is causing me to not care as much and I've been snacking. Bit of a vicious circle right there. Hopefully will have lost a little something by the weekend weigh in.

low carb diets can do that. loads water and maybe senokot so uncomfy

Ground psyllium husks and plenty of water can help. You can either buy the plain stuff online or Fybogel is available from pharmacists. I hope you feel better soon 👍🏻

It could be because your fibre is super low - should be minimum 20-30g daily, but maybe hard to do on a low carb diet?

I'm pretty sure a lot of it is because I'm starting early in work, which interferes with my 'loo time', which is the time that I'm alone at home. I have to feel comfortable enough to be able to go. But I'll definitely be getting something to help me go on Sunday - my next day off :( Thanks guys, I've been feeling crappy, lol.

Don't lose your focus mate. Just think, when your horrible weekend is over you'll probably drop a stone in half an hour. 😏 I've been told to stop dieting because my face is getting gaunt, but I'm still here rooting for you. A cheeky vindaloo might help.

Megan, I might have to add that to my diet. Neil! Vindaloo does not agree with my taste buds! I'll definitely get something for Sunday, as I'm back in work on Monday.

cider vinegar in a glass of warm water first thing in the morning or last thing at night does it for me, plus plenty of water during the day. I am low carb and had the same problem! Black coffee works also!

Warm lemon and honey first thing in the morning. It will do wonders 500ml glass will be great

A great fruit to have is papaya. Have a full small one. Always worked for me back in the day. Try it, good luck!

Ripe mangoes also good. Advice you to eat avocado everyday to prevent such problem in future. Only 30g on your last meal will help your digestion to work smooth overnight.

Brussel sprouts are great for getting things moving, you can fry them too, people that hate them boiled or steamed have liked them fried.

Aw thanks for the tips all. I have eaten sprouts this week, alas... I have some ducolax or whatever it's called. Wish my butt good luck! Lol
