Slept fine and not too hungry when I got up - will eat after church.

Out to B&Q at 9 then Sainsbury's shopping so no breakfast. Bought new omlette pan and had cheese omlette for lunch. Got lots of fresh vegetables.

Persuaded myself into swimming again today - did 44 lengths, 36 yesterday.

Visits from all 3 daughters - one after the other so tea delayed till 7.30 - this is good. Didn't enjoy my high protein, low carb breakfast of eggs and cheese and felt really ill for a few hours after, but I haven't felt hungry today!

First day back at swimming pool - 36 lengths. Going to have scrambled eggs and cheese for breakfast instead of porridge - cut carbs gradually?
