Lentil and chickpea chilli tonight, was supposed to have kidney beans but didn’t have any in. Can’t beat some spicy chickpeas tho! On a good track so far but only day 3! Having a dry 4 weeks so no alcohol either - hoping that will boost my results!

Haven’t weighed in a couple of months, 5lbs back on. I’m ok with it, it was nice to have a break from thinking about weight loss. But now to continue, got a holiday in May (my belated honeymoon) id love to reach my target for!!

Packed lunch as in the office. I did have more but forgot to snap a pic. Salad and veggie saus witth light honey & mustard dressing. I’m very aware of my munching on carrots (I work in a library 🙈😅) maybe omit them next time but they’re sooooo good!

Gym class was good, constant movement but was light and fun. Good way to blow away the cobwebs. No pic of dinner as was so hungry but it was courgette & peppers with pasta and veggie sausages. Proud of my commitment today.
