What a day. I'm beyond tired and my bike is broken so have to take the rona bus to and from work. Can't wait for a day off so can get it fixed. On the bright side, I now fit into an M size shirt instead of my usual XL! Should really remember to weigh in.

Two stone lost since I started this adventure! Currently doing a little happy dance, it's only 700g to go until I'm in double digit weight! Haven't been this excited about getting on scales in a long time (stepped on them four times this morning, just to be extra extra sure the number was correct)🤣
The weird thing, I'm eating normally, haven't said no to ice cream or a takeaway and the weight is still dropping. I'm not complaining, mind. Not at all, just slightly curious.
