went on holiday for the past couple weeks so haven’t been tracking calories etc, but happy to have not put on any weight! getting back to it today, i’m also really busy moving houses at the moment but just going to be mindful of food and try get some movement in everyday hope everyone’s having a good day 🩷

today was alright managed to do a 30 min workout so feel good haven’t particularly had healthy meals since i was out most of today but calorie wise it’s still in a deficit so still feeling good hopefully can keep this up I don’t have a scale at home so will try to weigh myself in two weeks and see
