I really could’ve cried yesterday when the realisation of putting on over a stone in less then a year and actually seeing +18lb that has made me realise what has happened, I knew I had put on weight as I’ve stopped wearing my jeans and permanently live in leggings as they were so tight! Now seeing that figure has really hit home and a change is needed. I did already start 30 minutes exercise each day since dec26 and am going to continue. I had a panic attack in the night thinking I need to be healthy for my children. It is not unhealthy eating as in meals as I know what’s good and bad it is the snacking in between of crap 😢 I feel like I’ve been in a dream world and just woke up 🤍

This is my time for 1 mile, I heard that the world record for it is 3:43 minutes lol. I know this is an impossible achievement but it has spurred me on to be a little faster 🏃♀️
