I really could’ve cried yesterday when the realisation of putting on over a stone in less then a year and actually seeing +18lb that has made me realise what has happened, I knew I had put on weight as I’ve stopped wearing my jeans and permanently live in leggings as they were so tight! Now seeing that figure has really hit home and a change is needed. I did already start 30 minutes exercise each day since dec26 and am going to continue. I had a panic attack in the night thinking I need to be healthy for my children. It is not unhealthy eating as in meals as I know what’s good and bad it is the snacking in between of crap 😢 I feel like I’ve been in a dream world and just woke up 🤍

Hello sweaty I know exactly what u mean as bootylicious said ur here & doing something about it I've been in Limbo for 3years now yo-yo dieting fasting low carb no joy tomorrow is another day never give up or give in keep going ....

Hello R4hy, we all put on so Don't worry we will all help you on here. Fat secrets people are all very kind and helpful. If you try this 1. Eat only three meals 2. Never late so you go to bed on a full stomach. 3. Shop for food with a full tummy so you are not tempted to eat more. 4. Have someone to hid all your yummy food so you are not tempted to eat it all at once or give it away in a food bank you are helping poor people and it will make you feel good. 5. Try eating a grapefruit before your meals so the acid in grapefruit soaks up your fats in your food. 6. Check the lables on your food eg eat full fat yoghurt because its far better for you and it holds less sugar. When drinking fruit juice make sure the sugar is natural. 7. Alcohol is full of sugar and coke etc so be very careful Don't forget to count it in your diet intake. 8. Weigh once a week only and never wet as your skin holds loads of water.
