Pistachios ….I adore nuts but the calories look horrific and the fat level so high. The calories listed on Pistachios bags are really misleading. Shelled pistachios are usually about 605 per 100gr. But the same calories are listed for those with shells. So I’ve been doing some weighing
Lidl Pistachios are about £1.25 and 150gr yield about 75gr of nuts. Morrison’s are about £3 for 300gr and yield the same nut weight versus shell.
