working is sometime overwhelming..especially when you have to travel alot. then u have to eat whatevers available. havent been in gym for over 2 weeks now.. im trying to make up for it by just having fruit during the day and eating supper in the evening..

started gym on monday .. but as the saying goes no pain no gain...
i think my muscles are just being rebellious , lol.. cause i'm still sore.
so this weekend i'm in recovery mode , this past week i was just doing intense routines , weight lifting with lighter weights but with more reps.my goal keep my current composure but loose the beer belly.. if i can loose 1kg a week then i know i'm on the right track. i'm still eating below my calorie intake level.. just adding some extra protein with pre-workout shake.
other then that , my spirit is still high and i feel lighter on my feet.

started with my challenge last week and friday at 100.4kg . i didnt see any improvemnets this week the scale went 99.8kg , then back to 100.2kg and to my surprise this morning i'm at 98.8kg. so i'm having a feel good friday. i prefer weighing myself daily and logging my weight on a friday morning. i've been counting every calorie that i'm eating and i'm make sure i'm staying below my RDI intake.
next week i start with gym. i doubt that my weight will go down because i would like to loose body fat , but still remain the current weight with muscle mass..

i saw this challenge on friday and decided to join it. 2015 was a bad year for my health, but great for my career. when you concentrate too hard at being successful you tend too neglect yourself. i gained about 25 kg without even noticing it, i've always been the well built athletic type. time too take back my health. i made up my mind friday morning and detoxed myself with lemon and ginger water the entire weekend. and i lost about 1kg just this pass weekend. my schedule doesn't allow me too get to a gym. but i will try and get some exercise at home with free weights and
exercise bike. but i'm determine to do this. i'm focused and alive and feel overwhelmed at this moment...75kg. i'm coming for you..
