Finding it very very difficult at my boyfriends house! He doesnt cook and his mum smokes in the kitchen all the time which makes me not want to go in there! It's awful chain smoking type!
So we always either has what his mum makes us which usually consists of pizza and chips (not healthy) or we get a takeaway more often than not! (Even worse!!)
Luckily, I only see him at weekends and even less right now due to exams so it's better foodwise. He doesnt come over to my house cos I still have a single bed =/
Im trying to be extra good during the week so I dont feel so guilty at the weekends! It worked last week...lets hope it's been ok this week!

I know for the past few days since Monday, I've been having approximately what I should have been having...But I think it's just starters drop (yes, that's what I'll call it!) because since last Friday, I've have a chicken korma takeaway (With starter!), an extra cheesy pepperoni pizza, a cheeseburger and I'm pretty sure I had a few bad midnight feasts as well!
I've stopped snacking after tea since Sunday (when I started this tracking) and also I've been very strict with writing down what I've eaten. Everything is tracked and everything is eaten before tea!
All-in-all, I am very pleased with myself because I believe that I'm off to a good start!
