I lost over 3 stone in 2007 from a size 18 down to a size 12 and 10st 7lbs. Awesome! Felt great! I had loads of confidence and got myself an amazing boyfriend and we've been together ever since! Unfortunately, instead of being careful and eating healthily, I ate same portion sizes as him and we go out to meals a lot so naturally, I started to put on weight!
Over the past 5 years, I have put on over 7 stone (Writing that looks horrendous!!) and I have gone up to a size 22! Ugh!
So I have tried to change that! I have been going to the gym regularly since July 2012 but I need to either go more often or eat more healthily (or just simply, less!!). With my busy schedule, I dont have time to go more often than I do right now - my final year university exams are upon me! So I have to make a huge effort now to control my eating, the way I have done before and the way I will do again!
This will be a long journey but I am hoping to adopt the mottos "Every long journey starts with a step" and "Nothing worth doing in life comes easy"!
