Hi everyone ….mission accomplished stoped in Istanbul for a bit First day of the Holly month of Ramadan Proper fasting …. Now I’ve decided to break my fast healthy way clean eating low carb as in no rice sweets cakes rice once in a while first week will be the toughest today steamed chicken in the pot veggies on the side and yoghurt
Second meal I will have lebnah protein bread one slice cheese 50g
I have to feel good about myself don’t at the moment fell & really hurt myself last week still covered in bruises the right side and can’t use my arm properly wish me luck sending you all much love ❤️❤️

Hi everyone beauty day been at the salon since 3.30pm local time it’s 8 pm their is 3 of us am still not done yet fasting nothing to eat all day am about to faint but beauty calls I have to take care of myself I can’t fly scruffy almost done give it another hour or so

Hi everyone …. Feeling loved & blessed by my darling partner told him I was thinking of the weight loss injection ….. He said Nadia accept yourself like I accept you …. I love you just the way you are …. But I said I wanted to be 70kgs he said ok slow & steady … his words brought so much light happiness I love him more than I can ever express ….. so clean eating portion control …. Fasting ( but not when I travel) Mr A is the love of my life this I know he reminds me so much of my later father …. I want to see him the happiest he can be & the best place in life ❤️❤️❤️ sorry for pouring my emotions out a positive post
Weight loss is the icing on the cake but no longer the core of my existence thanks to my partner ❤️❤️❤️ sending u all much love ❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰

Hi everyone 💖 Hope this post finds you well very hectic time full of family turmoil &. I have to sort out mom’s mess the last few months I’ve not been able to. To take care of myself hope it’s sorted soon & I can focus on what matters …. Food wise back to fasting … two meals within 1300 or under my foot is such a bother I can’t manage much it feels everything seems to come at once …. Am packing at the moment to realise the suitcase isn’t big enough to hold 30 kgs will Uber it now and go get one I managed to cook do the laundry I have a funeral to attend at the weekend too one of mums friend lost her husband a couple of days ago we are related sort of by marriage …. I need to get on the scales & see the damage maybe in a couple of days …. Disappointing results are the last thing I need …. Sending u all much love ❤️❤️❤️ miss u Paul u have vanished again? ❤️
