Declined drinks last night and stuck to soup. Aiming for 0.5kh a week until March and this gives me room for bounce back. Now to avoid Saturday night treats and Sunday roast 😵

Midweek I had dropped over 1kg. A shitty end to the week, wine and cheese and I’m heavier than I started it 😢 Trying to convince myself that my mental health is more important than my weight this week and at least I’m sorting that out

I’m an emotional eater mid way through the worst few days with my wife. Doing everything I can not to eat my feelings but noodles and bread for lunch it is 😢
