First day of my sha'ban fasts. Alhamdulillah, I was able to meal prep so I should be good for at least 3 days (or 2 depending on my husband). Hoping to have a cheat day on the 10th of April, till then, need to power on.

I was too scared to weigh myself.. honestly the weight has slowly crept up on me..I was quite shocked. But the first step to changing is knowing exactly what the elephant in the room is. Its me 🐘😄
