Porridge for supper 9.15 and finished for the day. Trying to research low-carb diet - might try cutting the carbs after I finish the Count on Us ready meals I have for the next few days. Also got lots of porridge to eat - not exactly low carb. If I can lose reasonably quickly be cutting calories to about 1200 without worrying about carbs then I will just stick with what I am eating now.

Set the alarm for 7am but felt so bad when I woke that I went straight back to bed - may go swimming later!

Up early and went to Pool but it was shut because of a chemical problem - waited a while to see if it was being fixed but had to come home. Portioning and freezing cooked food.

Porridge at 9.30 and finished for the day. Did a lot of cooking today - soup for hubby lunches.
