Well, time to own up. How I've been avoiding this. I have been getting on the scale, just not posting results here.
After 10 weeks of hard graft and losing something like a stone, I took nearly a month off exercising five days a week and keeping my food diary. Add a few binge days (wine, cheesecake, ice cream) and not enough movement and presto, a gain. A big one.
Not sure how much is water or what-have-you. Not sure it matters. What matters is my need to renew my commitment and get disciplined. *sigh* ... *heavy sigh*

Forgive me, FatSecret, for I have not diligently been keeping track of things. Or exercising for that matter.
Two weeks ago, I think I said I was back after a recovery week, which somehow turned into a recovery month. Between illness (my toddler daughter, then me, then her again), half term and general can't-organise-my-time-well-enough, I got off course. One missed workout, turned into another and another. I felt like crap most days and made up for it by eating the wrong things and wine, oh, white wine. Damn you!
Now big and bold is that part in the menu, which demands that I "
Weigh In Now
." I'm not gonna do it. I am certain I have picked up some of what I lost. Thankfully, baby girl is back at nursery and I can get back on track.
These things happen. I forgive myself.
Now, time to move forward.

I'm back after a week off. Recovery, I guess you can call it. Plus I had a cold and felt pretty bad and had some days of pretty high sodium. On the bright side, some people I haven't seen in a while and remarked on my weight loss. So that's a good feeling. Hope I can keep it up!
This next phase of workouts have kicked up a notch and I almost hurt myself so I have taken time to watch all the videos and note how to modify some things.
This phase includes weight training so interested to see how body changes. Also I am doing so many variations of burpees (ski jump burpees, push up jack burpees), it's insane.
It's fun but I am having to slow down and listen to my body because my heart rate is going through the roof! Good times. Will be interested to see the results at the end of the week. Hope everyone is doing well. Make it good.
