Yeah, fairly chuffed with that. I know it's my first week back at it, and you can expect a good loss in first week. Hope for minimum 2lb off next week and I will be under 12 stone. First time for a while.

Still plodding, being a bit naughty tonight, but should stay within calorie total, so I am happy with that. I shall weigh in tomorrow and set Friday as weigh day. Fingers crossed a lb or 2 have slipped off🤞🤞
