yikes! I do not believe this reading. I am still bloated, still constipated and still got the huge lymphedema masses around my legs. Maybe I should not have weighed myself but at least I have a reference point now.

Last night I felt hungry. So I ate some toasted flatbread and soft cheese. It helped me sleep well but it took me over my calories.

I know if I hadn't indulged in coca cola, it would have been a different story. Sigh I know what sets me back and hurts my health but ... still ordered coke in this week's shopping.

Anyway, daughter going back to school on Monday and that should ease some of the tension for both of us.

On the downside, my carer had a runny nose and a sneeze and after visiting me she went to some friends of hers. It is clear she is socialising which increases the risk for me. Noticed some of the neighbours socialising, too (the visitor's barking dog is a dead giveaway!) Wondering if I am going to become more scared of catching something more than usual after the covid experience...The government just texted me that I belong to the extremely vulnerable category and should shelter till mid summer. Only took them 7 weeks to get to me!
