I'm at 172 lbs, not kg.
I can't seem to figure out how to change this. Also can't figure out how to change my profile name back to Keto Bruce.
my brain isn't in the game yet but, a little better each day.
the same goes for my leg muscles.
it's going to be a long road to total recovery

lost muscle laying in bed for a month..
I'm eating 5 times a day.
learning how to walk is a hungry work out.
