New hair, new year! Haven’t been taking care of myself at all lately, so I treated myself to some new ashy balayage. Doesn’t look like it, but this took over 5 hours. So I also did an accidental intermittent fast cuz it’s 8pm and all I have in my belly is 400 cals of breakfast and coffee. 🥴

Was craving salad for breakfast and managed to have one for under 400 cals with 20g protein. Baby spinach, arugula, cherry toms, red onion, pear, crumbled blue cheese, prosciutto, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper. Was still hungry, so I had a small bite of chicken breast afterwards.

Lunch is spaghetti squash rotisserie chicken! But the dang parsley top fell off mid sprinkle. 500 cals and 45g of protein! Not including the parsley.
