Yesterday's protein- and fiber-rich lunch. Didn't measure any of the ingredients, so I don't know how many cals or grams of protein this has. But starting today, I'm going back to tracking my cals and grams of protein. I'd love to lose a little fat for the upcoming warmer weather, so I'm going back 1800 cals or less per day and adding cardio into my routine. Let's do thissss

Hello, friends! I’ve been consistently training despite having a crazy schedule. I did take a big long lazy break through the holidays, so I’m working hard to get back to the same level of strength and fitness right now. I’ve worked out a training schedule that’s two days at the gym, two days lifting weights at home, and cardio and yoga whenever I can manage it. I continue to eat and drink whatever I want and not weigh in because that’s what keeps me happy, healthy, and energized to handle my life. But I do prioritize protein, fruit, and veggies in most of my meals. Wishing everyone a strong and positive weekend!
