Woke up early today. Not sure why but I was up at 5am and couldn't get back to sleep. I contemplated laying there till my alarm went off at 6.30am but I simply couldn't so I got up and did 25 Squats, Sit Ups, Crunches and Jumping Jacks. I then had an Nutriblast smoothie before getting ready for the day.
I have upped my water intake as well and am drinking around 8-10 glasses of water thru out the day now. I have a 2LT bottle of water by my bed as well to keep me hydrated through out the evening so I'm not tempted to have the fizzy drinks.
Planning all my meals ahead of time is great too. I now have no question as to what to eat for lunch or dinner as I have it all set and ready to go. It also saves me a lot of money as I know make my lunch at home and take it in to work with me. I also tend to make my dinners the night before too or in the slow cook pot so that by the time I get home from work I don't need to rush around cooking.
I have decided not to weigh in this week but next week. I'll be weighing in every 2 weeks now as I feel its a much nicer surprise lol.

Woke up feeling shattered.
I had such an amazing class yesterday. It feels so good to be back in the swing of things. I am very happy with the current progress I have made in the last week. I just hope it continues.

Monday .... Start of the week and probably the most depressing day of the week. That being said I can't help but smile. The sun is shining and everyone seems to be in a good mood today. I am smiling and feeling good. I have a huge craving for something chocolaty though but thankfully its not all encompassing ... yet. I'm being able to ignore it and this allows me to try a new recipe I have found for moments like this. I'll be making it tonight after work and before my Zumba class. If it comes out good, I'll be happy to share in my cook book.
Lets use this day and really get in to our stride.

I never got to do my journal entry yesterday so herer is how My saturday went:
Yesterday was an epic-ally busy day.Did Zumba in the park, went swimming, got my hair done and braved Central London with its crowds for about an hour. I ached in a good way and I went out dancing last night. I may of had 1 or 2 drinks but it was mostly water for me last night.
This morning I woke up hooped on the scales and .... OMG!!! I already lost 1lb. I know its not a lot but i'm ecstatic with that. I have been very strict with myself and stuck to my work out and my better eating habits. I'm feeling very proud of myself. I hope this trend continues as i get more active. :)
