Its a beautiful day out today. The sun is shining and the world seems like a happy place.
I have guzzled 2.5 litres of water already today. Found it hard to eat my lunch but as I skipped breakfast today I had to force myself to put something in my stomach lol
Got Boxfit tonight so going to be working hard in that class.
Lets see if we can keep on losing as we have been :)

OMG!!! Thank the Lord it is Hump Day!
I have made it to Wednesday and can not wait till the weekend.
I can feel my stress levels rising due to work and it is making me want to binge on chocolate so badly. I am resisting the temptation although I can feel my resolve starting to crack the more stress I’m feeling.
Going to be going to a lunch time class at the local gym today, just to try and relieve some of the stress. I hope it helps.

Realised I had been putting in the wrong weight for the last couple of weeks (note to self, no more weighing myself when my friend weighs herself at the same time ... nothing but confusion lol). But despite all of that I have lost 5lbs in the last week. I am very happy with this as I know that if I can keep it up I'll be reaching my goal sooner then later.

Morning everyone and HAPPY FRIDAY!
Ok I have come to notice something about myself, I am terrible at sticking to meal plans. I planned to have a specific dinner, but then I get caught up doing something else and then totally forget about dinner altogether. I have done this a few times now and have ended up going to bed with out anything lol. This is a bad habit of mine and I need to brake it. But other then that I feel I'm doing good with my meal plans.
Going to lunch today with my colleges as there are 2 people leaving today. I'm going to admit it now, I will most likely have a bad day in regards to what will be eaten. but I am going to be honest and say I will use today as my treat day. I will do my best not to over indulge though.

It's going to be a crazy long day today. Who wants to live this day for me and let me crawl back in to bed?! I am going to be running around all day going from meeting to meeting all across London (my boss is a sadist I swear)Got the most impossible time schedule in the world I think. Roll on the weekend.
on a better note, done all my squats and abs work this morning and got Boxfit this evening. Add to that all the running around I'll be doing and I'm well on my way to losing another few pounds ... hopefully lol.
