Feeling a bit discouraged. I was doing awesome last week and it was pretty easy. I was sticking to the plan. I've been off track for a few days now. I was tempted to just quit and ignore FS, but I probably should try longer than 2 weeks.... I had seen some lower numbers on the scale the end of last week, but they crept back up. Getting back on track today though.

Last week has gone good. I've been eating healthier snacks and more veggies and I've been losing some unhealthy cravings. I've definitely lost most of the desire to eat the huge quantity I was having before.

I've been trying to eat better for a week now. Today I started counting. My plan is smoothie or oatmeal for breakfast and some kind of salad for lunch. I'm also super competitive and joined a challenge. Hopefully that will help keep me active on fat secret!
