BEEN IN A BAD PLACE FOR WHAT SEEMS AGES . BUT I AM HOPING TO FINALLY TURN THINGS AROUND . GETTING OUTSIDE MORE , WALKING MORE WHICH IS GOOD FOR ME AND LITTLE TEDDY BEAR 🧸 🐻 TOO . AT LAST I CAN START TO GET INTO MY CLOTHES AGES . INSTEAD OF WEARING THE SAME OLD STUFF ALL THE TIME . I NOW HAVE A CHOICE AND THAT IS STARTING TO FEEL NICE AGAIN .

Not been in a good space for a while now but today I admit I have fallen of the wagon AGAIN . I am hoping that now I can once again kick start things again .
There are no excuses so I am not going to put them here . It is my fault altogether. I want things to work this time . So onwards and upwards is the way we ho
I am restarting my old system from weight watchers . It always worked well for me .

Got to try alot harder . Oh yes , biscuits , crisps and bread . And then the bloody butter . You can see where I am going wrong and oh so wrong too .

Oh well we started off well . Then fell off big-time. Got to at least try this time . Setting myself small / baby goals . That way I have a chance of a small bit of progress.
