Well Week 2 of my restart of my diet journey . I have finally realised that I have been mega stupid for allowing myself to eat myself stupid . I am 66 now and sometimes it is hard to do extra stuff . But I have kicked the treats and biscuits to the kerb . ONWARDS AND UPWARDS, TAKING BABY STEPS THEN IT IS NIT SUCH A SHOCK. STILL GOT AWAY TO GO .

Wehh at least I have moved just a bit . Small baby steps is the way for me to go . If I push myself too hard that is when it starts to annoy me. So little , but small steps. I have all the time in the world to work on this.

Sorry folks not only have I let myself down big time . I have let you all down too . I let myself fall by the wayside and bang went back to my old ways . So please except my apologies and I hope we can all jump back on the wagon and beat this thing . I have been a bloody fool , I have spent a good 18 months losing weight and in one swipe I have put it all back on and more .
See you all at the weigh in . Let's all get behind each other and make this time count .

GOT TO GIVE MYSELF ONE MAJOR KICK UP THE BACKSIDE . LOST ALL THE WEIGHT AND THEN BANG IT IS ALL BACK ON AND MORE . TODAY IS A NEW START , TODAY IS A NEW DAY IN MY THE HOPE THAT I CAN AT LASTBGET MYSELF BACK ON TRACK .

BEEN IN A BAD PLACE FOR WHAT SEEMS AGES . BUT I AM HOPING TO FINALLY TURN THINGS AROUND . GETTING OUTSIDE MORE , WALKING MORE WHICH IS GOOD FOR ME AND LITTLE TEDDY BEAR 🧸 🐻 TOO . AT LAST I CAN START TO GET INTO MY CLOTHES AGES . INSTEAD OF WEARING THE SAME OLD STUFF ALL THE TIME . I NOW HAVE A CHOICE AND THAT IS STARTING TO FEEL NICE AGAIN .
