Surprisingly large loss. Gym sesh and 13.2k step count yesterday probably helped along with a 1000cal deficit under burnt amount. 😅

Asda Bran Flakes for Br4eakfast. Good size portion at 75g with 337ml (last of carton) of Coconut Milk. Only 337cals

For anyone on a budget, 66p pepperoni pizza from Lidl, & 112g of half fat Aldi mature cheddar.
1082cals but 71g of protein.
If I was hitting the gym that day, could eat 3 of these in a day stay well under burnt calories and have 213g of protein in one day!
