i’ve been doing a low carb yogurt for breakfast and a shake for lunch and veggies for snacks and then a regular dinner with some carbs (few corn tortillas or a hamburger bun) and it’s my second week….i was holding strong at 288 even though i’m doing this and walking a lot….i told myself i’d know i’m losing when/if i hit 287 and i told myself to just hold out until
the “woosh” and i did and it finally came!!! going to keep this up because so far it’s very pleasurable getting to eat what i want for dinner

Soooooo - I guess my goal to start is minimum 10k steps a day and under 2k calories....eventually moving to 1500-1700 calories.

And maybe 30 minutes of Peloton spin class 5 days a week as well.

Sounds like a good achievable plan I think.
